There is more romance to weddings than a simple "I do."
While planning your wedding or event, I find
it best to first come up with a color story or overall color theme for the day,
and from there, pull looks and décor that are cohesive with it. Pastels blend well together especially when it comes to floral
and décor. Some of my favorites for 2016 include light patterns and standout
tones that pop against the wedding scenery, or creating a monochromatic look
with your décor. Gentle sage, mint hues, and soft lavenders are personal
favorites for this year. Whether in the floral design or décor, or
even in parts of the wedding party wardrobe, playing with color and tying in accent
colors is one way to really make your wedding glow.
